Mr. Ngugi serves as the Managing Director of Pinnacle Valuers Ltd, where he also leads the Valuation Department and oversees day-to-day company operations. He is known for his professional integrity, leadership, and hands-on engagement across projects, ensuring Pinnacle Valuers remains a trusted name in real estate and consultancy services.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is a:
- Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K)
- Registered Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board
- Licensed Estate Agent under the Estate Agents Registration Board
His professional development includes training in time management (British Council) and dispute resolution (Institute of Arbitration), among others, strengthening his leadership and operational management capabilities.
